Sip Summer Wines at Ray’s Boathouse
Seattle Uncorked's annual Rosé Revival and Other Cool Whites wine event takes place this Thursday at Ray’s Boathouse. For the 13th year running, guests can sample a variety of Northwest winemakers including Coral Wines, Genoa Cellars, and Terra Blanca Winery as well as a selection of European and Australian wines. Tickets are $35 and proceeds from the event go toward Save Our Wild Salmon.
Local Burger Hosts a Nonburger Popup
Known for its farm-to-table burgers and ethical sourcing, Local Burger and chef Josh Holmes are hosting a four-course popup dinner at the Bellevue restaurant, a sibling of Local 360 in Belltown. With not a burger in sight, the menu includes geoduck ceviche, Wagyu beef, and olive oil cake. Tickets are $28, and reservations can be made through the Dyne app.

Washington Brewers Festival Returns
The 10th annual Washington Brewers Festival takes place this weekend at Marymoor Park with more than 400 craft beers on tap from pretty much every local brewery imaginable. The event (21-plus Friday, all ages on Saturday and Sunday) has food offerings from local food trucks Where Ya At Matt, The Grilled Cheese Experience, and Bread and Circuses. Tickets are $25 for Friday and $30 for Saturday and Sunday. They can be purchased via Brown Paper Tickets or on the day.

Le Petit Cochon's Offal Dinner
Le Petit Cochon’s Derek Ronspies is teaming up with Lopez Island’s Jones Family Farms for a five-course dinner celebrating cuts of pork, beef, and lamb that are often neglected. The menu includes black cod with beef heart ragout, pork tongue with cheek pozole, and beef tendon with lemon gin sorbet. This is the inaugural meal of Ronspies’s new series of offal dinners; two more take place later in the year. Tickets are $95, and you can reserve a seat by calling 206-829-8943.

Serafina and Cicchetti Host Annual Garden Party on July 12
Sister restaurants Serafina and Cicchetti are hosting their fifth annual garden party on July 12. The all day event includes a whole pig roast, a rosé and oyster bar, a pizza station, live music, and the Iron Bartender cocktail competition, in which five local bartenders will go head to head to win the title of Most Creative Mixologist. The party is free to attend, but food and drink tokens are available to purchase on the day.
