Trucks are taking this elsewhere.

Pods are taking root in all corners of the city, but two of the more longstanding clusters are no longer happening.

Last weekend saw the final gathering of food trucks in the Uptown Espresso parking lots of West Seattle and Wallingford—at least in any organized fashion. Amy Novak, who manages pods in South Lake Union and at Second and Pike, says she has "quit putting trucks there" due to issues with the owner.

That's not to say you won't see curbside activity continue. Novak noted that trucks may still park there, but they will have to deal directly with the owner.
