First Look: Blind Pig Bistro
The former Nettletown and Sitka and Spruce goes red.
The shelves that held bottles, glasses and serviceware at Nettletown are put to a sleeker use.

On the menu: crudos; pig parts and other small plates with a slightly Mediterranean vibe.
