Talk of Pioneer Square

Built Burger Open Late Tomorrow

So you can have the burger of your dreams for dinner…and park free.

That’s what I’m talking about

The brand new lunchtime toast of Pioneer Square, Built Burger, celebrates its one-month anniversary this week with dinner service Thursday (December 9) and Saturday (December 11), both nights from 5pm to 9pm.

Surely you’ve heard of the joint: Handmade all-natural burgers, built with the fun stuff inside the meat, some flavored with exotics like Sriracha or Marsala, which began as a patty-only wholesale operation but has just launched its first retail shop on Seattle’s James Street. Early reports are delirious…and now you can see for yourself.

On the docket this Thursday and Saturday nights will be special Builts, a complement of side-orders, and a new assortment of beer and wine. Plus raffle prizes (including Trophy Cupcakes).

And parking both nights will be FREE at the Merrill Place Garage (First and S. King) from 4pm to 8pm.
