Twittering Tuscan Chef Hosts Lunch at Tidbit Bistro

“WOW- ranches in Seattle??” Twittering Tuscan chef in town Tuesday.
On Tuesday, April 27 Tidbit Bistro is doing a special Restaurant Week lunch with Twittering Tuscan chef Judy Witts-Francini, author of Secrets from My Tuscan Kitchen and owner of Divina Cucina, a globetrotting cooking school.
The three-course meal costs $15 and is a one-off affair; Tidbit is usually open for happy hour and dinner only. There are three options for each course—two options, Italian or Spanish, from Tidbit, and a third from its guest chef. No offense to Tidbit, but I’d go with Judy F’s menu because she’s making ravioli, pork roast with rosemary and fennel, and a coffee-flavored panna cotta. Also, who knows when she’ll be back?
Reservations aren’t required but if you want to go, make them. These things fill up.
To whet your appetite, here are some sample Tweets from Judy, whose Twitter handle is @divinacucina:
“loved my private tour yestesday of Lucas’ Skywalker home!!! WOW – friend Steve is executive chef for George— not bad!”
“have been spammed a lot recently on FB- hate that!!!”
“found some left over chinese dumplings in fridge— and lemonade- I know I am not in Italy now”
“@foodpixels whole rabbits are sold with paper-wrapped heads to not lose any of the blood etc. which is always added to the sauce.”
