But they’re not coming from regulars of Steelhead, where Oceanaire alum chef Kevin Davis (he owns the restaurant with wife Teresa) heads an impressively courteous and perceptive crew. A southerner who is right at home in front of a deep-fryer, Davis also knows how to make the best of the Northwest’s bountiful seafood.
