On Tuesday, November 10th at West Seattle’s Spring Hill, guests will pay $190 for a private dinner cooked by chef Mark Fuller and NYC’s David Chang. But tonight, you can eat there for about $20. Each week at Monday Night Supper, the celebrated West Seattle restaurant offers pasta dishes for $10 (add meatballs for $3 each). Start with a $10 Caesar salad for two and well, it’s not a bad start to what’s looking like a very rainy week. Bon appetit.
