National Donut Day was begun in 1938 as a Depression-era fundraiser for the Salvation Army.

Now…it’s as good an excuse as any for a good old-fashioned sugar binge.

Visit any one of the three Seattle-area Krispy Kreme Donuts today, buy two-dozen of the beauties, and take home a free four-pack of Crayons brand functional fruit juice drinks.

This happiness goes on through mid-July.
