Chef Peter Levine of Waterfront Seafood Grill flexes his culinary muscles this month: he’s created a completely crab-centric menu (including small plates, salads, and entrees) for the Grill’s fourth annual Cult of the Crab event. The menu is available all through March (and word is they may even keep it going through April). Levine’s menu goes beyond just local Dungeness—-they’ll be using crab from all over the world.
