A savvy coworker swung by my desk yesterday to show me these tasting-note coasters from a company called Bob’s Your Uncle. She had just purchased a set of six at the SAM Shop for $11.

We all have her on our list: that syrah-swilling sweetheart (she needn’t be a woman) who is up to her elbows in stemware jewels and blown-glass stoppers and punny placards and t-shirts indicating what an incurable but lovable wino she is. But she doesn’t have these. Trust me though, she wants them.
