That Skillet diner we’ve been talking about? It’s one step closer to becoming a reality.

On Friday the roving restaurant confirmed what trigger fingers have been reporting for some time. From the Skillet Facebook page: So after many months of speculation and wondering if it would go through…it is officially official…we signed a lease today for the new skillet diner, opening next year. 14th and Union in the cap hill neighborhood…..So Excited!

As a point of reference, that is the same corner where Donna Moodie reopened Marjorie in May.

Once the restaurant opens, Josh Henderson will tackle another virgin venture: putting out a cookbook.
