Seth Caswell Debuts Tuesday Night Dinners

First Thierry Rautureau asked future customers to invest in his future restaurant project Luc, and now former Stumbling Goat chef Seth Caswell has come up with his own novel plan to fund his much-anticipated Emmer and Rye. Every Tuesday night beginning at 7pm, Caswell will be cooking a five-course dinner (“with special treats”) at Art of the Table restaurant in Wallingford.
Interested? Every Thursday before the dinner, Caswell will email you (to get on the list, drop a line to [email protected]) and ask if you want to come the next week. He’ll also provide a list of 40-50 seasonal ingredients and ask you to pick three to five that you’d like him to use in your dinner. Caswell will create the dinner from the first 20 responses he receives. Tickets are $65 with an additional $25 for a wine or beer pairing. The program lasts through the end of the calendar year.
It makes you wonder, is anyone just going out to dinner anymore?
