Ready for a major case of house envy? Seattle Modern Home Tour is back this Saturday, March 22 with six new architectural gems and a whole lot of design candy. Properties this year range from a minimal single-family home in Madison Park and a slick penthouse condo overlooking Interbay to a midcentury-modern remodel in West Seattle and a contemporary Built Green residence in Issaquah.

Can't make it this weekend? You could always pony up a down payment for one of the homes on tour (one is listed for $2.8 million and another for a cool $1.5 million)—or just rubberneck vicariously through us.

Tucked into a woodsy Maple Leaf locale, this midcentury charmer still retains plenty of original character, from warm wood cabinetry to a cantilevered roof. Architecture by James Chiarelli.
