Soundgarden, all grown up. Clockwise from bottom: Chris Cornell, Ben Shepherd, Matt Cameron, and Kim Thayil reunite in 2010.

Soundgarden, those lovers of secret concerts and Twitter scavenger hunts and free music on Facebook, just tweeted a teaser video this morning (see below) of the band back in action. It's a quick clip, about 30 seconds, of the Seattle rockers in the studio with a preview of new track "Worse Dreams" playing over them; along with the single "Live to Rise" off the Avengers soundtrack, this is the first new music we've heard from Soundgarden in a decade and a half. Talk about anticipation. The video closes with the unveiling of the album title, King Animal; the record is set to drop November 13.
