I can’t believe I almost forgot about this show! Forget your plans for tonight—go see Antibalas, a 12-piece Afrobeat band out of Brooklyn inspired by the music of Fela Kuti (and featured in the Broadway musical Fela!). They basically deliver some of the funkiest dance music out there: a little bit of Latin, jazz, reggae, and a lot of soul and funk. Watch the teaser clip above and you’ll see what I mean.
