Now this countertop is piled with cookies and pastries. The deli counter offers a breakfast spread in the morning, then transition to a menu of salads, baguette sandwiches, and vegetable-filled dishes later in the day.

Some of the brands filling these shelves include: San Juan Sea Salt, bath and laundry sundries from Handmade La Conner, and Dick Taylor Craft Chocolate....

Duh, there's plenty of meat, hailing from Portland's Chop and Olympia Provisions, plus Rain Shadow Meats and Zoe's prosciutto.

Local farms supply eggs, organic herbs, and basic produce (of course there's kale, did you have to ask?).
