Police Accountability Public Hearing

Head to city council chambers and share your opinion on the effectiveness of the city's police accountability system. (Or, if you're feeling shy, just watch online). 

The public hearing on police accountability, a joint meeting between the Seattle City Council and the Office of Professional Accountability Review Board (OPARB), is a chance for the public to share their opinions before negotiations with the Seattle Police Officers' Guild (the police union) begin. The meeting starts at 5:30, but sign-up sheets for public comment will be available at 5.
