This Friday's film is "Rush to Judgment: The Plot to Kill JFK," a documentary released in 1967 that investigates JFK's assassination and questions the Warren Commission's official determination that Lee Harvey Oswald acted alone.
Friday Night at Meaningful Movies, Fri, November 15, 7–9:30pm, Keystone Congregational United Church of Christ, 5019 Keystone Place N, Seattle, free.

Metro Woes
If King County Metro doesn't find a way to make up for its $75 million annual budget shortfall, the transit agency will have to eliminate as much as 17 percent of its current service starting next year.
UW students, about half of whom use Metro bus service, will be especially hard hit by Metro cuts. Join the UW community, along with King County Metro general manager Kevin Desmond and state Rep. Jessyn Farrell (D-46) as they discuss exactly how these cuts will affect the community.
