First Look: Inside the New Joule

The Carrara marble-topped kitchen counter seating is reminiscent of Revel, though the space definitely has its own personality.

The wallpaper was hand-screened by the guys at Electric Coffin; look closely and you can see jewels, forks, roosters, and pieces of meat in the pattern.

Speaking of the bar, Joule will now be able to serve cocktails.

For brunch service, the 18-seat communal table will be pressed into buffet duty; the kitchen will load it up with salads, fruit, and pastries. Yes, brunch includes entrees, too.

The restaurant has roughly the same number of tables as the original Joule, though the kitchen counter, bar, and communal table add more seats.
