At this taco spot on Fremont’s main drag, the emphasis is most definitely on “bar,” as evidenced by roomy booths, lots of dark wood, and even more bottles of tequila. The mix-and-match taco lineup ranges from buffalo chicken to adobo pork, blackened rockfish to bacon. Red Star makes its own corn tortillas in house, but flour is the way to go.
