“Adjuncts” is the beer term for non-traditional flavors brewers can add, and they’re the order of the day at this converted Fremont house: yam ale, guava IPA, and perhaps most famously, the peanut butter stout. The compact bill of grilled sandwiches, sausage plates, and old-timey savory pies skews far more classic.
