Fred Stoll, the previous owner of Madison Park Bakery since its establishment in 1929, passed his recipes on to current owners Karen and Terry Hofman when he retired in 1993. The Hofmans still use them today. Don’t worry though, nothing’s dried up with age; the pecan and raspberry mini rolls, gooey cheese croissants, cupcakes, opulent birthday cakes and cinnamon pull-aparts still draw sweet reviews.
