Pino Ragano, a longtime Seattle culinary presence who once cooked at the stunning Settebello, goes in for quieter pleasures now at this charmingly Old-World little sausage-making operation/café in Ravenna. Once in the heart of Garlic Gulch, the newer café is now in a more pedestrian-friendly location for those who want to pop in for a cup of espresso, a killer sandwich (the salsiccia is one hot mess), or—-by evening—-one of his daily pastas with a glass of Chianti.
