The former Belle and Whete's transformation into a brewery straddles the line between neighborhood brewpub and gastropub. The interior may look a little more dressed up than other breweries in the city, but transforms into a lively tavern come evening. Except refined pubgrub like a tri tip burger, along with northwest staples like smoked salmon, and excellent fries.
