"Fusion" is a loaded term, so let's just say Edmonds's popular Bar Dojo is the sort of Asian restaurant that's unafraid to serve tacos (filled with pork belly or tuna poke) or risotto (flavored with edamame). The dining room has way more atmosphere than the strip mall exterior suggests.
