Here are the latest results, which continue to favor Mike McGinn:
Mike McGinn 85,416 50.31 percent
Joe Mallahan 83,032 48.91 percent
That's a margin of 2,384 votes. McGinn has 53 percent of the latest batch. With an estimated 30,000 votes left to be counted in Seattle, Mallahan would have to win 54 percent of the remaining ballots to win the race. Given that late votes have consistently favored McGinn, Mayor McGinn is looking more and more likely.
