Rep. McDermott's Office Responds to Question About Torture Memos
"We don't have a statement on the President's decision," said McDermott Spokesman Mike DeCesare.

So far, we've gotten responses from Sen. Cantwell and Rep. Adam Smith (D-WA, 9). There's a second answer from Rep. Smith, whose answer was a little, uh, tortured.
