Submissions must be in by Tuesday October 21, two weeks before the November 3 election.

Award-winning political ad producer Dan Kully will judge your submissions and pick the winner.

Among other knockout ads, Kully did the spots that helped Montana Democrat Jon Tester oust longtime Republican Sen. Conrad Burns in 2006; Kully helped blow away the land-use deregulation initiative I-933 here in Washington; and he made a pro-stem cell research ad starring Michael J. Fox for Maryland's Democratic U.S. Senate Candidate, Ben Cardin in 2006 (Cardin beat Michael Steele.)
