Latest Fundraising Numbers in King County Executive Race

By Josh Feit May 11, 2009

The candidates for King County Executive are reporting their fundraising numbers for the last month at the Public Disclosure Commission today.

Eastside State Rep. Ross Hunter comes in at about $9,000.

Eaststide State Senator Fred Jarrett reports about $14,000.

Seattle K.C. Council Member Larry Phillips raised nearly $59,000.

And Seattle K.C. Council Member Dow Constantine is around $70,000.

(These numbers include in-kind contributions.)

Keep in mind, Jarrett and Hunter literally only started raising money after the legislative session ended last month.

Phillips' on-hand cash is $165,400 (out of $274,000 total raised since he started in 2008). I don't have Constantine's on-hand number, but will report that when it's available. His total raised is now up to about $165,000 since mid-February.

Susan Hutchison has not reported her numbers yet.

(Full disclosure, Constantine's campaign spokesman is Sandeep Kaushik, a PubliCola compatriot.)
