Oola Distiller's Dinner at Altstadt
The Capitol Hill distillery and the Pioneer Square beer hall are teaming up for four courses of German fare accompanied by cocktails made with Oola's gin, vodka, and bourbon. A $68 ticket guarantees you dishes like kasseler with fried sauerkraut and a smoked gin cocktail, and dessert mousse made with spent bourbon grains.

David Robertson Comes to Book Larder
Author and founder of Vancouver's The Dirty Apron Cooking School, David Robertson comes to Book Larder for an evening of conversation about his book, The Dirty Apron Cookbook, which features a selection of recipes and tips and tricks that he picked up over his 20 years in the food industryThe event is free but reserving a spot in advance is advised.

Poulet Bleu Dinner at Copperleaf Restaurant and Bar
Copperleaf Restaurant and Bar at Cedarbrook Lodge is celebrating Lummi Island’s Poulet Bleu chicken with a five-course, wine-paired dinner. Expect tender meat and succulent flavors from birds that were bred and fed to mimic the famous Poulet de Bresse in Burgundy. Two poultry growers, Lummi Island's Riley Starks and Mad Hatcher Poultry's Bernie Nash, who are raising the birds in Washington, will be on hand on to discuss how they revived this poultry in the Northwest. The meal is $95, with Poulet Bleu featured in every course, including dessert.

Georges Perrier Comes to Town
To celebrate the showing of King Georges at this year's SIFF, fiery French chef Georges Perrier joins his protégé and Top Chef winner Nicholas Elmi for an evening of discussion at Book Larder. The documentary follows Georges as he prepares to sell his iconic Philly restaurant Le Bec-Fin after more than four decades in business. On May 22, conversationalist Warren Etheredge leads the discussion as the two chefs share their fascinating stories.

Free Burgers at Li’l Woody’s
This Memorial Day, Li’l Woody’s is giving away free burgers from 2 to 5pm at the Ballard and Capitol Hill locations in an annual thank you to customers for their continued support. There’s a one-burger-per-customer limit and additional toppings cost extra. As always, this Li'l Woody's event draws a huge crowd, so get there early to avoid long lines.

Feast on the Farm Returns
The sixth-annual Feast on the Farm returns on July 30 in the hope of raising funds for Stewardship Partners, a nonprofit organization helping landowners to preserve the environment. Bastille's Jason Stoneburner hosts this year’s dinner at Carnation-based Oxbow Farm. Using only Salmon-Safe ingredients, each dish is paired with a Chateau Ste. Michelle wine. The evening finishes with a tour of the Salmon-Safe farm operation, a mini auction, and a performance by a special musical guest that has yet to be announced. Tickets $150.
