Cinerama Celebrates Martial Arts Film with the Fists and Fury Festival

Catch the films of Akira Kurosawa, Bruce Lee, and Jackie Chan, plus Kill Bill, and many more.

If you've yet to earn your cinematic black belt, Cinerama is here to help. Starting next week, Cinerama hosts Fists and Fury, its first martial arts film festival. From February 27 to March 5, the theater will screen 20 movies that display the visceral thrill of hand-to-hand combat and swordplay at its best. Highlights include the films of master director Akira Kurosawa (Yojimbo, Seven Samurai, Rashomon), stars like Bruce Lee (Enter the Dragon, The Way of the Dragon, The Chinese Connection) and Jackie Chan (The Legend of Drunken Master, Snake in the Eagle's Shadow), the Oscar-nominated Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon, and even a Kill Bill double feature. All tickets are $12 and can be purchased at cinerama.com.
