Run by Miri Plowman and Gabe Skoda, a husband-wife duo with Seattle roots, the stand dishes up easy-to-share kebab plates, picnic platters (consisting of roasted and raw veg with house hummus for dipping), and a PB and J sandwich that will please the youngest palates. To sweeten things up, snag a Full Tilt ice cream bar or a plate of Poffertjes—the powdered sugar-dusted mini pancakes topped that gave the eatery its start.
