Intro to Food Preservation
Learn the basics of canning jams, fruits, and veggies, as well as overall food safety, at Mountlake Terrace Library from 2:30 to 4. The class is taught by Seattle Tilth in the second installment of the City Farming series. It’s free!

All-Day Zombie Happy Hour
How would you go about celebrating a global attempt to break the world record for largest simultaneous Thriller dance? Boka Restaurant and Bar at Hotel 1000 will be offering a special happy-hour pricing on any menu items and cocktails all day long...as long as you're dressed as a zombie. Whether you need liquid courage or a post-dance refreshment, Boka’s chief mixologist Mi-Suk Ahn has created a specialty cocktail for the occasion.

Public Brewing School

Sunday Supper at Lark
Starting today, and each Sunday following, the regular menu at Lark will feature a three-course meal inspired by those ever-popular family-style Sunday dinners.
