Feast of the Week: Fresh Bistro Seafood Boil
Every Wednesday the West Seattle restaurant piles pounds and pounds of it into a pot.

Why you should go: With a promise of one pound of seafood per person, plan to roll home. You’ll find Dungeness crab, scallops, lobster, clams, mussels, and prawns in your table’s pot, plus potatoes, mushrooms, fennel, peppers, chayote squash, and Cajun andouille sausage, all cooked in a spicy tomato-based broth. The meal is served family style with salad, corn bread, and dirty rice on the side, and a rhubarb tart for dessert.
