As Josh has noted, this isn’t really our beat, so we’re glad Seattlest and My Ballard are all over it: Josh’s lifelong friend (and the smartest man in the world, according to Josh) Tom Nissley continued his winning streak on Jeopardy last night, with the only correct answer to the question:
A critic said that a character of his, “yearning for the moon…never saw the sixpence at the feet”; he made that into a title.
[The answer: Who is W. Somerset Maugham?]
Nissley has now won more than $150,000. He goes for number 6 tonight at 7:30 on KOMO TV.
