Happy St. Patrick’s Day. Go Eat a Taco.

See all the green on this Chavez house margarita?

There’s a slew of new taco joints in town, including this one from Josh Henderson and this one from Chester Gerl.

I haven’t tried them yet; they haven’t been open my requisite six weeks. That doesn’t mean you can’t.

Or one of these six Latin and Latin-inspired joints, helpfully gathered for you onto one page in our March issue. These are the places you’ll find Peruvian charcoal roasted chicken with lime-glazed sweet potatoes, achiote-rubbed pork shoulder, curried goat, and a stuffed chile en nogada to make you fall to your knees.

Salud and sláinte, folks!
