Who Are Seattle’s Next Hot Chefs?

It’s that time again, when Seattle Met scrubs the city to find the most promising rising superstars in Seattle’s restaurant kitchens. For our third-annual Next Hot Chefs roundup, we’re looking for youngish (under 40) talents who don’t yet have their own establishments…but whose skill suggests they one day will.

Know anyone like that? Hardworking sous chefs and line cooks and such who haven’t achieved glory and household-name status…yet? Send name, kitchen, and specific reason for nomination to avermillion@seattlemet.com.

And for inspiration, remeet the Class of ’14.
