What a game…what a day! On June 21 at Safeco Field, United Way’s All-Star Softball Classic for Homeless Youth raised more than $1 million and brought together 6,500 fans, 44 players, and tons of companies and nonprofits—all to end youth homelessness. Special thanks to Microsoft, the Raikes Foundation, the Brettler Family Foundation, Seattle Children’s Hospital, and the Seattle Mariners for their generous support. Congratulations to Mariners legends Dan Wilson and Jay Buhner for leading their teams and playing their hearts out.
