On December 29, The Museum of History and Industry (MOHAI) officially opened its doors at the beautifully restored Naval Reserve Armory in South Lake Union. Nearly 20,000 people came to help celebrate the Grand Opening Festivities with a full week of activities, entertainment, and programs for adults and families. Visitors also got to experience the museum’s brand new set of interactive exhibits which explore Seattle’s transformation from wilderness to world city.
