Oliver’s Twist Expands to Magnolia

This seems like a lovely match.

Phinney Ridge’s hotspot for well-crafted cocktails and beautiful small plates is getting a sibling. The owners of Oliver’s Twist will open another location in Magnolia, in the former home of the Nook, at 3217 W McGraw.

Co-owner Sarah Hughes-Giles says the new Oliver’s Twist location will be very similar to the first one, but will have its own menu. The bar’s welcoming, cocktails-for-grownups vibe seems like a spot-on addition to the neighborhood.

Hughes-Giles is hoping to open the doors by mid-June, “but you know how that goes.” Indeed.
