With the 2019 baseball season approaching, T-Mobile Park (RIP Safeco Field) has new concessions throughout the stadium. Expect to see new dishes at Hit It Here Cafe, the sit-down restaurant located in right field, and more newcomers scattered around the stadium for easy access. Consulting chef Ethan Stowell has new locally inspired items to keep fans nourished from the first pitch to extra innings: personal-size pizzas, kuku fries topped with flying fish roe, chef-inspired Crowd Cow burgers. And even more big local names are getting in on the game, namely Li'l Woody's, Paseo, and Fat's Chicken and Waffles. All of which means that even if the Mariners don't make the playoffs, the food alone might just be worth the trek.
