“I am vehemently anti-suburb,” said Rosenthal, who’s only lived in Seattle for two years, but recently purchased a home at Insignia – downtown Seattle’s newest high-rise residence, when she decided to put down more permanent roots. Rosenthal loves the urban atmosphere where everything is nearby. “There’s always something going on, but it’s also relaxing when you just want to stay home and enjoy the views.”

Just blocks from the water’s edge, Insignia’s two 41-story towers are located where Downtown, Belltown and South Lake Union intersect – just a short walk to parks and entertainment options, grocery stores, restaurants, retail shops and services. Melding a cosmopolitan city with character-filled neighborhoods, Insignia offers Rosenthal, and residents like her, a walkable and connected living experience.

Rosenthal has some favorite spots nearby, including Top Pot Doughnuts, Black Bamboo and Some Random Bar and is also looking forward to the daily convenience of the onsite retail stores that will line the ground floor of Insignia.

When Rosenthal isn’t enjoying the surrounding urban life, she’s looking forward to relaxing at her new home: “I was also attracted to Insignia because of its luxury, including the finishes of the home and the resort-style amenities.”

In addition to expansive panoramic views, residents have access to a first-rate line-up of amenities, like a two-story glass fitness atrium and 41st floor resident lounge. The atrium will feature an indoor lap pool, spa with sauna and steam room, and fitness studio with a dedicated yoga and pilates area. The expansive resident lounge offers an entertaining kitchen and wet bar, billiards, gaming tables, oversize TVs and an outdoor terrace overlooking the city.

Other amenities include ground floor retail, gated parking, resident storage, private screening room and bar, electric vehicle charging stations, car wash bay, bike storage and repair, pet retreat and washing/grooming area, as well as a 7th-floor park terrace with landscaped walking paths, fireplace and community grilling/dining areas.

Priced from the $500,000s, the residences at Insignia feature one bedroom plus den and two bedroom floor plans ranging from approximately 865 to 2,520 square feet. Interior highlights include top-of-the-line Bosch and Thermador appliances, Grohe designer faucets and fixtures, quartz countertops, European-inspired cabinetry, engineered hardwood floors, solid-core interior doors, operable windows and tiled balconies.

Insignia’s residences also feature generous wood accents and warm colors, bringing the outdoors in, as well as a hotel-inspired lobby that boasts custom satin-brass screens, black marble and wood accents. This is all complemented by Bosa’s hallmark construction quality.

“We knew of Bosa’s reputation,” said Rosenthal, who was looking for something that was move-in ready and of extremely high quality. “Insignia was it!”

Bosa Development has more than four decades of experience and thousands of residences completed and sold. Insignia is one of the company’s signature city residences, and a premiere example of Bosa’s commitment to building some of the highest quality residential projects on the market today.

With the completion of Insignia’s South Tower, prospective residents are invited to visit the newly relocated Sales Center on the 22nd floor to tour model residences and a selection of amenities, all while taking in views from the Cascades to the Puget Sound.

Now more than 70% sold-out, the Insignia Sales Center is now located at 588 Bell Street in Downtown Seattle, between 5th and 6th Avenue. To schedule a private tour or register for future updates and events, visit InsigniaByBosa.com or call 206-728-6239. Appointments are appreciated.
