Check out the tail-wagging fun! The first-ever Fancy Dog event was held on Sunday, June 14, at the Olympic Sculpture Park to help raise funds and awareness for Seattle Humane’s Pet Project. Festivities included a pet parade, bow-wow photo booth, live music, animal adoptions, costume stations, and sampling a variety of gourmet “fancy dogs” by TASTE Restaurant and Dante’s Inferno Dogs. Proceeds and donations raised will help provide a FULL YEAR’s worth of necessary veterinary care and food for nearly 250 furry companions of low-income pet owners who are battling AIDS and cancer.
