On Saturday, February 21, the first annual Country Brunch welcomed over 400 guests to the brunch bonanza and Bloody Mary smackdown. Attendees and a panel of judges sampled brunch bites, made with ingredients from Charlie’s Produce, and Bloody Marys, voting for their favorite in each category. Competitors included Barrio, Bastille, Brave Horse Tavern, Joule, Lost Lake, Loulay, Manhattan, Monsoon, Poquitos, RockCreek, Roux and The Sexton. Partygoers also enjoyed live music, coffee and beer samples, custom caricature drawings, mimosas and Brass Monkeys, lawn games, pop-up shops, and fun in the Seattle Met photo booth. All net proceeds benefited Ronald McDonald House Charities of Western Washington & Alaska.
