Canlis held its first ever black and gold themed "Sophisto-Disco GlamJam" which included Champagne, hot dogs, and 70's music, to celebrate being designated a Relais & Chateaux property. The Canlis family gathered 250 of their staff, guests, and friends to commemorate being awarded the prestigious title (which only 13 stand-alone restaurants in America possess) and Chef Jason Franey's induction as one of only 161 Relais & Cheateaux Grand Chefs in the world.
