1. Two groups that contributed to a political committee are complaining that they didn't know their money was going to fund an attack ad on state Sen. Chris Marr (D-6, Spokane) who's running for reelection. The ad focuses on a sexual harassment suit filed against an employee of an auto dealership Marr once co-owned. 4. Over at the Seattle Times, Mike Lindblom reports that the state has shifted $230 million out of risk and contingency funds for the deep-bore tunnel and offered it as concessions to the two teams bidding to build the tunnel.
