When it comes to ice, you can count on Jamie Boudreau not to be skimping.
As you may recall from this article, there was a time when Boudreau required that a bar have a Kold-Draft machine—coveted because it produces ice under pressure, locking out air and impurities—before he would even consider working there.
So it comes as no surprise that the Canadian barman sprang for the Rolls Royce of icemakers, evidence of which came via Canon’s Facebook page today.
