Calling all appreciators of gooey cheese and crispy bread: the South Lake Union Saturday Market’s final popup of the summer is a grilled cheese extravaganza. Classic takes on the sandwich will be readily available, as will mashups like the Banh Cheese from Fire and Scrape, made with cheese, pickled veggies, and jalapeño, all on a baguette. Find them on the grassy lawn outside the South Lake Union Discovery Center on Saturday starting at 11am.
