It’s that time again, when Seattle Met scrubs the city to find the most promising rising superstars in Seattle’s restaurant kitchens. For our third-annual Next Hot Chefs roundup, we’re looking for youngish (under 40) talents who don’t yet have their own establishments…but whose skill suggests they one day will.
