Bumbershoot 2014 may have gotten off to a soggy start on Saturday, but once the rain clouds cleared, there was plenty to enjoy about the annual Labor Day weekend music and arts festival. The biggest takeaway from the weekend was that it's a much better Bumbershoot with the mainstage back outside in Memorial Stadium. It made access easy (unlike the nightmare that it was the past few years), the floor was cushy, and it was outdoors in mostly inviting weather.

Dear Bumbershoot,

Please never, ever move the mainstage back into KeyArena.

To recap the rest of Bumbershoot 2014, we've complied 50 of our favorite photos. Highlights include hip hop and alt-rock legends (Wu-Tang Clan, the Replacements), rising Seattle artists (Tangerine), top standup comedians (Janeane Garofalo, Pete Holmes), fond goodbyes (the Lonely Forest), general lounging on the Seattle Center grass, and more. Here's our chronological look back at the Labor Day weekend festivities.
